OUR MENU
Our menu reflects our understanding of gastronomy at Casa Cuna: recognizable Spanish cuisine, based on quality ingredients and designed to be enjoyed around the table. We start with flavors that are part of our culinary heritage and present them in a contemporary way, carefully crafting the dishes, pairings, and every detail that reaches our guests.
We want sitting down at our table to be a journey through our cuisine. A menu designed for sharing, trying different dishes, and letting yourself be carried away by a cuisine where tradition and creativity coexist naturally. The product sets the course, and our kitchen gives it personality, always respecting its flavor and essence.

Our Winery
A proposal designed to explore our gastronomy around the table, accompanying each moment with a carefully curated selection of wines. Our wine cellar travels through some of Spain's main wine regions, with selections from Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rías Baixas, Rueda, Bierzo, Priorat, and Jumilla, without forgetting our own region, with a special focus on Andalusian wines from Cádiz, Lebrija, Los Palacios, Ronda, Jerez, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and Huelva.
Because at Casa Cuna, you don't always have to rush to get a meal. Our space is also designed for lingering in the afternoon, meeting up with someone special, or simply enjoying a good glass of wine in the heart of Seville. From an Albariño or a Verdejo to an Andalusian red, a Ribera del Duero, a Manzanilla from Sanlúcar, a Fino from Jerez, or a glass of sparkling wine.
